Swift progress continues over at the Black Hart of St. Paul patio project. The space is taking the form of its final product which will transform a strip of University Ave that previously sat vacant. Plus, St. Paul will gain another beautiful beer garden.

The perimeter fence is 95% complete
All 6x6 vertical posts are in
the Simpson Moment post bases live up to their advertised capabilities
the posts are 11’ tall and don’t move a bit
Concrete saw subcontractors have cut the opening for the door
