Architecture blends history, art, technology, and so many other disciplines—you learn something new with every project. I taught undergraduate architecture students at the University of Minnesota’s College of Design as a Teacher’s Assistant and that opportunity to share my knowledge of architecture theory and history emphasized the interconnectivity of this work that I do. Working at NewStudio draws on my academic studies and computer skills. I like reading and producing technical or photorealistic drawings, 3D modeling, and wearing jeans to work.
